DAVOS. January 27. KAZINFORM Russian President Dmitry Medvedev believes that world leaders should make their own conclusions in the necessity of developing along with society, taking into consideration the situation in Tunisia.

After a month of unrest and protests in Tunisia, the country's president, Zine ben Ali, was ousted from the country after 23 years of rule and fled to Saudi Arabia, Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.

"What happened in Tunisia, in my opinion, is a good lesson for any government. Governments should not 'bathe in reflected glory' and sit back in comfortable armchairs, but should develop along with society," Medvedev said during his opening speech in Davos, Switzerland, during the World Economic Forum.

"It doesn't matter which country we're talking about, be it a country in Europe, Africa, or Latin America," the Russian leader continued.
