Winter returns to East Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - Winter has returned to East Kazakhstan region. The rain turned into sleet last night. According to Kazhydromet, the snowfall, blizzard and increase of wind to 20 meters per second will continue through March 29.

Such unsteady weather and temperature swings may cause snowslides in the mountainous areas of the region, meteorologists note.
