MINSK. February 4. KAZINFORM /Aituar Mamlin/ Kazakh President's Address to the Nation inspires great respect to Nursultan Nazarbayev as the Leader of the Nation.

Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Inessa Kleschuk gave such an estimation to the President's Message, the Kazakh Embassy in Belarus reports.

According to her, the country's role in international arena is highly appraised: the OSCE Summit held in December, 2010 forced the international community to talk about Kazakhstan and brought the country's image to a new level.

"Support of more than five million citizens who showed willingness to extend the First President's terms demonstrates correct direction of Kazakhstan's development. But Mr. N.Nazarbayev as a strong, bold and confident politician, and patriot made the right decision to hold an early presidential election. He confirmed supremacy of the Constitution and adherence to the letter of the law. I am confident that the Kazakhstani people will make the right choice election day. We, the Belarusians, are proud of success of friendly Kazakhstan, welcome all-round development of bilateral relations, including within the Customs Union and Single Economic Space", Inessa Kleschuk said.
