VIENNA. February 23. KAZINFORM "We have to solve the task set in Astana - to create a united democratic and indivisible community of security," OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier told the joint meeting of the three OSCE PA General Committees.

"Our key task today and in the future is the handling of the tasks set in Astana as to create the united democratic and indivisible community of security, based on the common values.
