KARAGANDA. June 8. KAZINFORM Arkankergen detainee's mother and grandfather have been allowed to see the border guard Vladislav Chelakh, his grandfather says.

"Finally we've got a permission to see Vlad. The news came yesterday evening. The authorities have already arranged the tickets for Svetlana, Vlad's mother and me," Vladimir Chelakh adds.

The family hopes Vladislav Chelakh will tell them what exactly happened on that tragic night at the Arkankergen border outpost. The tryst will take place in Alakol district of Almaty region.

Vladislav Chelakh was born on October 8, 1992 in Karaganda. He went to school #54. Vladislav entered a college to study Banking and Finance in June 2011. In November 2011 he was called in to serve in the army.

The Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed to set up a special commission to deal with the tragedy. He also declared June 5 the day of national mourning in connection with the death of Arkankergen border guards.
