URGENT: Arkankergen frontier guard Ali Makssutov, 19, laid to rest

AKTOBE. June 11. KAZINFORM Ali Makssutov, one of the Arkankergen frontier guards, was laid to rest by his family this weekend, press service of the regional akimat (administration) reports.

The townspeople of Uilsky district, Aktobe region, where Ali was born started the funeral ceremony with a moment of silence to honour the memory of the deceased frontier guard. Mavr Abdullin, head of the district, expressed his deep condolences to the family on behalf of the regional administration. Ali's elder brother Tilegen Aldanayev wholeheartedly thanked everyone for their support.

Administration of the region, regional akimat, Nur Otan political party and Majilis, Lower Chamber of the Kazakh Parliament donated KZT 1.7 million to help the family.

Private Kambar Aganas, 20, is another victim of the Arkankergen incident from Aktobe region.
