URGENT: 15th border guard of the Arkankergen border outpost detained, Interior Minister

ASTANA. June 5. KAZINFORM "The 15th frontiersman who kept guard at the Arkankergen border outpost, where 14 border guards were found dead, has been detained," Kazakh Interior Minister Kalmukhanbet Kassymov told journalists today in Astana.  

According to the Minister, the board guard was out of uniform. Currently he is giving evidences. I think the version concerning internal matters has been proven true. He was detained with the commander's weapon. That very day he was keeping sentry," the Minister added.
