Unified system of public urban cadastre to be introduced in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. November 13. KAZINFORM - Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament has approved in the first reading the draft Law of "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of architecture, urban planning and construction".

As explained by the Minister of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bolat Zhamishev, the bill aims to introduce a unified system of public urban cadastre.

"The proposed system is a unified state-owned enterprise with branches in the regions that will contribute to the publicity of local executive bodies. It is focused on computerization of processes and openness in the design, construction and provision of land", said Mr.Zhamishev.
