Two young men drowned within 30 mins in Almaty region

ASTANA. August 12. KAZINFORM Two young men drowned in an artificial water basin within 30 minutes in Almaty region, the press service of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry reports.

A 21-year-old man drowned while swimming in an artificial water basin on Saturday (August 11) in Almaty region. The rescue crew pulled the body out of the water at 8:00 p.m.

30 minutes later another 21-year-old man drowned in an artificial water basin in Karasay district of Almaty region. The Almaty rescue team is searching for the body.

A 20-year-old girl drowned the same day in the Ili River in Almaty region
