Toganas Baitikuly (1813-1864/67) was a batyr, bi. He was born on the lower coast of the Syr Darya. He was from the Shomekei tribe of the Small Zhuz.

He stood against oppression of the local population by the rulers of the Khiva and Kokand khanates. Toganas batyr Baitikuly took part in a national liberation movement under leadership of Kenessary Kassymov. In 1845-1852 he repealed several attacks of the Kokands and Khivans.

Feats of Toganas Baitikuly were reflected in oral and written sources.

Streets in the city of Kyzylorda, the Zhalagash, Terenozek and Zhossaly villages are named after Toganas batyr Baitikuly.
