Tengizchevroil invested over USD 930 mln in social projects in Atyrau region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - "Tengizchevroil" LLP invested over USD 930 dollars since the moment of its establishment in social projects and different programs in Atyrau region, Director General of the Company Tim Miller said at the annual reporting meeting.

The meeting was attended by regional officials, TCO partners, non-governmental organizations, media and community representatives. "The success of these projects demonstrates the results of the cooperation between "Tengizchevroil" LLP and the regional administrations of Atyrau region and Zhylyoi district, local non-governmental organizations and community representatives", Tim Miller added. "Tengizchevroil" LLP invests in the projects implemented in education, health, environment and business spheres. The projects are implemented by non-governmental organizations with extensive experience in the sphere. The Community Investment Council of "Tengizchevroil" LLP selects the projects for financing annually.
