State-of-the-Nation Address by President Nazarbayev is ambitious: Guenter Knabe

BERLIN. KAZINFORM - Guenter Knabe, the Diplomatic Correspondent for Asia at Deutsche Welle, believes that each and every citizen of Kazakhstan should contribute to the successful and ambitious implementation of the State-of-the-Nation Address delivered by President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

As reported earlier, Mr. Nurlan Onzhanov, the Kazakhstani Ambassador to Germany, met with a number of German experts and public figures in Berlin to discuss the address "Kazakhstan's Way-2050: Common goal, common interests, common future" in details.

"What President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev suggests is the comprehensive, ambitious and detailed document facing the future but, as he noted himself, starting today. Each and every citizen of Kazakhstan will have to go to great lengths to implement this strategic document successfully, because, in my opinion, this program was developed for them. Their future prosperity largely depends on how they will implement the tasks given in the address," Mr. Knabe said.

In his words, it is crucial to analyze each stage of the implementation process and adjust the provisions of the strategy to the reality and future changes. Kazakhstan has everything in place to implement the Kazakhstan-2050 Strategy: mineral resources, political stability and high level of literacy.
