ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Shakira is set to bring her Columbian magic to the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup in Brazil on July 13, the FIFA's official website says.

Shakira will perform her hit La la la before the final match of the tournament at Maracana stadium in Rio De Janeiro. The 37-year-old entertainer's song is one of the FIFA World Cup 2014 official jams. Santana, Wyclef and Alexandre Pires will also take center stage to sing Dar Um Jeito, the official anthem of the 2014 World Cup. "I have an intricate relationship with football for obvious reasons," Shakira, a partner of Spanish footballer Gerard Pique, said. "And I truly understand what the World Cup means to so many people, myself included. I just feel so grateful for the opportunity to come back to perform at the Closing Ceremony of this year's FIFA World Cup in Brazil, it feels right. The fans have shown the most incredible support for this song and I can't wait to perform it for them." The FIFA World Cup is held in 12 cities across Brazil.
