Samara region Kazakhs debated Kazakh President's Address

ALMATY. KAZINFORM The World Association of Kazakhs held a roundtable in Samara, Russia, on the main provisions of the Kazakh President's Address "Kazakhstan's way 2050: common goal, common interests and common future".

Heads and representatives of the Kazakh cultural centres from Samara, Volgograd, Vologda, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Moscow, Murmansk, Orenburg, Tyumen and Chelyabinsk attended the event. 1st deputy chairman of the Association Talgat Mamashev headed the Kazakh delegation consisting of scientists, reps of mass media, artists. According to him, the Kazakhs, living in Russia and enjoying close cultural and economic and family ties with Kazakhstan, met with approval the ideas, outlined in the State-of-the-Nation Address. Besides, those gathered focused on the urgent issues concerning preservation of culture, language and traditions of the Kazakh nation, promulgation and further development of the national culture, ties of the Russian Kazakhs with the historic motherland.
