Sakkulak bii (real name Sabden) (1800-1888) - bi, speaker, great grandson of Bogenbay batyr. Born in Akmolar region. At the age of 12 he accompanied his father Bapan bii, took part in the ruling, and honed his oratory art. Having discovered extraordinary talents of son, Bapan bii entrusted him settling disputes when Sabden was 15. At the age of 16 after his contest with great orator Baidali bii he was nicknamed «Sakkykal».

 Sakkulak was well known due to his numerous eloquent speeches which contain deep philosophical thoughts about science, knowledge and heroism. Unlike other spokesmen, Sakkulak wrote down his speeches and the thoughts and expressions of other speakers.

Sakkulak had seven sons; two of them Nuraly and Yeraly were famous bii and speakers, too.
