ALMATY. KAZINFORM The network of seismic stations recorded an earthquake on February 17 at 07:52:04 a.m. Almaty time.

It was centered 374 km northeastwards Almaty in the territory of Kazakhstan. The magnitude 3.8 quake occurred at a depth of 5 km. The energy class is 9.6, it says in a statement.
