Quake recorded 580 km away from Almaty in territory of China

ALMATY. KAZINFORM The network of seismic stations of the Kazakh Emergency Situations Ministry recorded on March 30 a quake at 08:22:08 a.m. Almaty time, Kazinform reports.
It was centered 580 km southeastwards of Almaty in the territory of China. The energy class is 9.6. The 4.1 MPV magnitude earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km. No tremors were felt, it said in a statement.
