MINSK. KAZINFORM - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Ukrainian President Piotr Poroshenko had a telephone conversation on 19 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The heads of state discussed a wide range of issues of the Belarusian-Ukrainian relations.

Top on the agenda was the situation in Ukraine, BelTA informs.

Following the consultations between the heads of state of the Customs Union and Ukraine, which took place over the past few weeks, a decision was taken to hold the meeting of the Presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, with the participation of representatives of the European Union, in Minsk on 26 August.
