President of Switzerland arrives in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with President of the Swiss Confederation Didier Burkhalter who is paying his first official visit to Kazakhstan, the Akorda press service said.

The sides debated the key issues of strengthening cooperation in trade and economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres, also shared views on urgent issues of the international agenda. Besides, the parties touched upon the key aspects of the OSCE activities. Didier Burkhalter highlighted the high level of cooperation between the two countries. The President thanked for the warm welcome.
