President Nursultan Nazarbayev received Kazatomprom head

ASTANA. April 23. KAZINFORM Today Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received president of еру National Company Kazatomprom JSC Vladimir Shkolnik, the President's press service reports.

The latter reported on the results of the company's activity for the first quarter of 2012 and alternative energy projects. Kazatomprom achieved the planned performance indicators in the said period.

For the past three months of 2012 the company mined 2 656 tons of uranium by 4% more against the same period of 2011. Its consolidated revenue reached KZT 51 bln.

Following the results of the meeting Nursultan Nazarbayev gave Kazatomprom certain tasks.
