Pipeline projects will let Kazakhstan rank among top five world oil exporters, Kulibayev

ASTANA. May 25. KAZINFORM "Realization of the current pipeline projects will let Kazakhstan be among the top five world oil exporters," Timur Kulibayev, CEO of Samruk-Kazyna Sovereign Wealth Foundation, chairman of "KAZENERGY" Association said today in Paris.

The XI Oil and Gas Annual Summit of CIS member states started today in Paris. Leaders of the oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine and the Caspian littoral states gathered in France to debate the industry's development prospects.

Those attending are expected to discuss the CIS role in ensuring energy security in the world, CIS legislative changes and taxation systems, share views on key projects in the Caspian region, Central Asia, etc.
