Passenger removed from flight in Almaty airport for suspected Ebola

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A plane en route Istanbul - Almaty was met by Emergency response officials at Almaty International Airport after a passenger on board exhibited possible signs of Ebola, according to 24.kz.

Emergency services have met a 37-year-old citizen of Kostanay region Sergey Baryshnikov and urgently hospitalized him in the adult infectious diseases hospital of Almaty. Baryshnikov was travelling with his friend Vladimir Rudenko, a citizen of Russian Federation. At the moment he is under close supervision of physicians too. As it turned out, the men flew from Conakry (Guinea's capital) to Casablanca (Morocco), then to Istanbul and Almaty.
