The act is designed to fix the operation order of personal data, including data collection, systematization, updating, modification, use, distribution, blocking and destruction.

The draft establishes the measures relating to the protection of personal data.

The Senators introduced the bill amendments providing the implementation of the collection, the processing of personal data without the consent of the subject, as well as cross-border transfer of the data to the territory of the country, which do not provide the records protection except for the cases of ratified international treaties implementation.

As noted by Nurlan Abdirov, the deputy speaking to the report, the amendments introduced by the Senators do not affect the concept of the draft.
