Paris to hold Astana Days

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The Days of Astana will be held in the capital of France from October 31 through November 3 this year. The country that held one of the first world fairs will share its practice with Astana.

Many French companies are expected to take an active part in preparations and holding EXPO 2017, the Astana akimat said. Today, the French specialists propose Kazakhstan technical solutions in the areas of green transport, power network management, urban ecosystem construction, water supplies and waste management, and environmental reclamation. Besides, the French companies participate in realization of the ASTAINABLE project to prepare the city short-term development plan for EXPO 2017 and long-term until 2030.
