OSCE holds exhibition of Kazakh schoolchildren's drawings

ASTANA. May 31. KAZINFORM Exhibition of drawings by Kazakhstani schoolchildren "A World without Violence through the Eyes of a Child"was opened in Vienna in the OSCE headquarter, Kazinform refers to the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.

The exposition is held upon the results of the nationwide children's drawing competition that took place from January to March this year among pupils attending general education institutions, national schools, supplementary educational organizations and children's creative groups of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan. 6-14 year-old children took part in the competition held within the presidency of Kazakhstan in the OSCE. A collection of 30 children's works was selected for the exhibition.

The exhibition organized by the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science, Permanent Mission of Kazakhstan to the OSCE, Secretariat of the Organization is devoted to the International Child Protection Day and will run until June 3.
