"I have got familiarized with your performance report. We have no remarks. Oil production increased up to 20 mln tons. Besides, your company observes the Kazakh content, 86% of your staff account for Kazakhstanis. Thanks to your orders Kazakhstan-based companies create new work places. Kazakhstan implements now the important State Forced Industrial and Innovation Development Programme for 2010-2011. We think that the country's three largest oil facilities such as Tengiz, Kashagan and Karachaganak must take an active part in this program," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
Chairman of the Board and CEO of Chevron Corporation John Watson informed Nursultan Nazarbayev of the results of the company's activity in Kazakhstan.
