New high-speed route to connect Astana and Kyzylorda

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - On 25 April 2015 new Tulpar-Talgo high-speed train "Syrdarya" will be launched.

The train en route Astana-Kyzylorda, formed of Tulpar-Talgo wagons, will start running from April 25, Kazinform has learnt from Passenger carriages company.

The train consists of 23 cars, including 2 of Grand class, 2 Business, 14 Tourist, 2 dining cars, and 3 technical class cars. Route stations are as follows: Karaganda, Sary Shagan, Chu, Zhambyl, Shymkent, Arys-2, Turkestan.

The route will pass through the territory of the five regions of the country.
