New Governor of Irtysh area appointed in Pavlodar rgn

PAVLODAR. KAZINFORM - Today, Deputy Mayor of Pavlodar region Nurzhan Ashimbetov has introduced a new Governor of Irtysh area to the staff, Kazinform refers to the press service of the regional administration.

Viktor Dubovitsky has been appointed new Governor of Irtysh area, Pavlodar region. Mr. V. Dubovitsky graduated from KIMEP University. Dubovitsky has extensive experience in leadership positions. He began his career as a mechanic in Lebyazhye area. He worked as a foreman, an engineer at the farm named after the 2th3 Congress of the CPSU. Over the years he served as deputy director of a collective farm called "Merey", Akim of Kyzylaskerskiy rural district, deputy Mayor of Lebyazhye area, head of the department for architecture and urban planning of Lebyazhye area, deputy head of the regional department for agriculture, as well as head of the regional department for land relations.
