New cardiac surgery center in Pavlodar is a great gift: Kazakh Leader

 PAVLODAR. September 18. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev met with personnel of a newly opened cardiac surgery center in Pavlodar during the working trip to the region.

Kazakhstan's Minister of Healthcare Salidat Kairbekova made a presentation of the medical center.

"Opening of the new cardiac surgery center is a great gift for the region. We pay special attention to the development of healthcare sector of the country. As you may know, Astana prides on having a whole medical cluster and we want the regions to have analogous clusters," President Nazarbayev said.
