Nazarbayev urges to revive scientific coop between Kazakhstan and Russia

PAVLODAR. September 19. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev urged to revive the work of the Kazakhstani-Russian commissions in the field of scientific and technical cooperation at the IX Interregional Cooperation Forum on Wednesday in Pavlodar.

"In the 21^st century we should concentrate on the integration of all three elements of knowledge: education, research and innovations. We have positive examples of cooperation - the joint nanotechnologies fund of Kazyna Capital Management and Rosnano. It is crucial to revive the work of the joint commissions in the field of scientific and technical cooperation. A lot of agreements in this field are to be renewed. It is necessary to active joint research projects and start working on them," President Nazarbayev said.
