Nazarbayev and Putin discussed agenda of CSTO Collective Security Council sitting

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev held a telephone conversation with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Akorda press service said.

The parties debated the agenda of the forthcoming session of the CSTO Collective Security Council and meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council set on December 23, also accession of Kyrgyzstan to the Eurasian Economic Union. They also discussed development of bilateral cooperation taking into account mutual sanctions of Russia and the EU and shared views on the crisis in Ukraine in the light of approaching winter months.
