National Paralympic Committee to be headed by Kairat Boranbayev

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kairat Boranbayev has been appointed head of the National Paralympic Committee (NPC).

Arystanbek Mukhamediuly, Minister of Culture and Sports, introduced the new head of the committee. According to his words, Kairat Boranbayev has done much for the development of youth football. At his own expense he built a sports school - the Academy of Football. Earlier, the Paralympic Committee was headed by Darkhan Kaletayev. At the moment Kaletayev is the chairman of "Astana" cycling team.
