ASTANA. July 3. KAZINFORM — Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan, has dismissed Sauat Mynbayev, Minister of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in connection with his transfer to another job, according to Akorda website.

Sauat Mynbayev in 1985 graduated Moscow State University after M.V.Lomonosov with the degree of economist-cyberneticist; he is a candidate of economic sciences.
In the period from 1985 to November, 1988, he studied as a post-graduate student in Moscow State University after M.V.Lomonosov.

From January, 1989 till February, 1990 he was a teacher in Almaty institute of national economy.

From February, 1990 года to November, 1990 he was acting as associate professor at the department of national economy planning in Almaty institute of national economy.

From January, 1991 to July, 1992 he took a position of the president of the National construction exchange Kazakhstan in Almaty city.


From July, 1992 till January, 1995 he was a first vice-chairman of the board of JSC KazCommertzBank in Almaty.


From January, 1995 till November, 1995 is a vice-minister of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


From November, 1995 till January, 1997 is a vice-minister of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan – director of the treasury at the ministry of finance of RK in Almaty.


From January, 1997 till March, 1997 is a first vice-minister of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.


From March, 1997 to November, 1997 is a vice-minister of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty.


From November, 1997 to February, 1998 is а first vice-minister of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Akmola.


From February, 1998 till January, 1999 is a minister of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.


From January, 1999 to July, 1999 is a deputy chief administrative officer of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.


From July, 1999 till May, 2001 is a minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.


From May, 2001 to May, 2002 is a president of the CJSC Kazakhstan Development Bank, Astana.


From June, 2002 till June, 2003 is a general director of Caspian Industrial & Financial Group Ltd., Almaty.


From June, 2003 till December, 2004 is a deputy to the Prime-minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


From December, 2004 to January, 2006 is a deputy to the Prime-minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – minister of industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


From January, 2006 till August, 2007 is a chairman of JSC Kazakhstan Holding for Governmental Assets Management Samruk.


Since August 27, 2007 is a Minister of energy and mineral resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


He was honored with Barys order of third level and commemorative medals for the 10th anniversary of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
