More people beat COVID-19 in Kazakhstan in past day

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM – 1,719 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in Kazakhstan in the past day, raising the total number of COVID-19 recoveries to 867,961 across the country, Kazinform has learnt from coronavirus2020.kz.

Almaty city posted the highest number of COVID-19 recoveries – 387. COVID-19 recoveries climbed to the second highest number 235 in Kostanay region. Ranked third is East Kazakhstan region with 224 COVID-19 recoveries.

Karaganda and Almaty regions added 152 and 111 COVID-19 recoveries, accordingly.

98 patients made full recoveries in Pavlodar region, 97 – in North Kazakhstan region, 76 – in Akmola region, 66 – in the Kazakh capital, Nur-Sultan, 63 – in Atyrau region, 63 – in Turkestan region, 53 – in Mangistau region, 45 – in Shymkent city, 25 – in Kyzylorda region, 11 – in Zhambyl region, 7 – in West Kazakhstan region, and 6 – in Aktobe region.
