Meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers' Council kicked off in Astana

ASTANA. April 6. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan is ready for compromises and a constructive dialogue to adopt mutual beneficial and concerted decisions following the results of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS member countries," Kazakh Foreign Affairs Minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov told a narrow-format meeting of the Council in Astana.

"Kazakhstan attaches great importance to the development of cooperation within the framework of the CIS, joint realization of various projects. All our efforts will further aim at raising the CIS efficiency. We put in perspective the CIS possibilities and believe we may resolve the most complicated tasks within the CIS," the Minister added.
