Man who threw his TV set on a child ruled sane

ASTANA. KAZINFORM A man who threw down his TV set out of the window and hit four-year-old Islam Katayev was ruled sane, Aktau-Business.com reports referring to the board of appeals chairman of the Mangystau region Rakhmetulla Khairullin.

As the investigation revealed, the accused was repeatedly seen under the influence of alcohol. The man won't come through. But the child fell into a coma then and lost his sight of the injuries sustained. According to Rakhmetulla Khairullin, this case will be solved soon. As earlier reported, the accident occurred on August 20 in Aktau when a TV set thrown down fell on the boy.
