Man sentenced to 17 years in jail for killing sister
19-year-old Ruslan Baibolov will serve time in a high-security prison. According to the criminal case, in July last year Ruslan Baibolov killed his elder sister. He put her dead body into a bag and threw it in a garbage dump. The body was found by local homeless people. Police found out that the victim had multiple stab wounds. One month later the police arrested Ruslan Baibolov. He was the brother of the victim. They had no parents and relatives. Ruslan's elder sister worked in Turkey. She managed to buy an apartment in the city of Shymkent. After that she sent her brother 1 million tenge for flat renovation. However, Ruslan wasted the money for gambling. The young man had game addiction. After he wasted money he decided to kill his sister.
