Majilis roundtable to debate criminal corporate liability issues

ASTANA. February 28. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Tomorrow, on March 1, the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan will hold a roundtable to discuss criminal corporate liability issues, the press service of the House reports.

It is purposed to explore the foreign practice in the application of corporate liability laws. The experts from Austria, Latvia and Moldova will propose a comparative analysis of the European legislation in effect versus the provisions of the draft law of Kazakhstan on criminal corporate liability.

Deputies of the Kazakh Parliament, reps of state bodies, international organizations, scientists and experts will attend it.
