Majilis appoints M.Sarsembayev, V.Foos members of CEC

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - At today's plenary session Majilis has considered the appointment of Marat Sarsembayev and Vladimir Foos for the position of members of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the chairman of the Committee on Legislation and Legal Reform Rakhmet Mukhashev, proposal on the appointment of members of the CEC has been made by chairman of the House in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 58, paragraph 3, of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Majilis deputies have voted for appointing M.Sarsembayev and V.Foos members of the CEC.
