KEGOC unlikely to join IPO this year: CEO

ASTANA. November 7. KAZINFORM National company "KEGOC" will not be able to join the People's IPO program this year, CEO of the company Bakytzhan Kazhiyev announced Thursday.

In his words, some of documents required for the process are not ready.

"It is necessary to adopt several resolutions and the corresponding decree of the President of Kazakhstan and I am sure we won't be able to do that till the end of this year," Mr. Kazhiyev told a press conference of the Central Communications Service.

According to him, all corporate measures are in place. Several consulting companies assist KEGOC in joining the IPO.
