Kaztransoil shares’ cost increased by 33%

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The cost of shares of "Kaztransoil" company has increased by 33%, according to the press service of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC.

According to the head of the fund Umirzak Shukeyev, the national IPO is a very important program, as even 10% of the shares that will be traded on the open market may significantly improve the transparency of the company. "The first wave of the program involved 34 thousand people who bought the shares of Kaztransoil. This is quite a profitable investment, as at the present moment the share's cost increased by 33%," he said. It should be noted that "Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company" (KEGOC) will enter the stock market in December of the current year. Within the People's IPO program the company is planned to place 10 percent of total number of authorized common shares, minus one share.
