Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan discuss cultural cooperation

TASHKENT. September 18. KAZINFORM Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan Boribai Zheksembin met with Uzbekistan's Culture and Sports Minister Tursunali Kuziyev, the Kazakh embassy in Tashkent reports.

The sides touched upon the current state of the cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as well as practical aspects of implementation of the Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Culture and Sports Ministry of Uzbekistan for 2010-2012.

Ambassador Zheksembin thanked the Culture Minister for support his ministry rendered during the Days of Kazakhstani Cinema in Uzbekistan dated to 20 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
