Kazakhstan to pursue counter-cyclical economic policy, PM

     ASTANA. February 27. KAZINFORM "During the economic upturn the budget spending spree will be held back and in the recessionary period expenditures will rise," Kazakh PM Karim Massimov told at today's enlarged meeting of Nur Otan Party faction at the Kazakh Majilis on the amendments to the Law of Kazakhstan "On republican budget for 2012-2014".

"We will pursue counter-cyclical economic policy aimed at reducing negative third party effect," the PM added.
