Kazakhstan to hold early presidential election on Nov 20

ASTANA. KAZINFORM – Kazakh incumbent President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree to hold an early presidential election on November 20 this year, Kazinform cites Akorda.

The decree takes effect on the day of its signature.
