Kazakhstan to get extra $10 bln of Chinese investments - Nazarbayev

SHANGHAI. KAZINFORM - Following top-level negotiations in China, Kazakhstan's economy will get extra $10 billion, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev told a press conference in Shanghai.

The presidents of Kazakhstan and China agreed that additional $10 billion of Chinese investments will be channeled into Kazakhstan's economy. "Our program of industrial and innovative development will be given a new impulse and support from our neighbor - the People's Republic of China. The Chinese investments will work for the benefit of our people and Kazakhstan's economy," the Kazakh leader added.
