Kazakhstan to complete WTO accession procedures by Dec

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan will complete its WTO accession procedures by December this year," 1st Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev made public at today's international innovation forum in Almaty.

"On October 9 Kazakhstan and the EU signed an agreement on completion of bilateral talks on Kazakhstan's entry into the WTO. Next week our delegation will leave for Washington to round off talks with the US. I think we will complete all the procedures until December," he added. Early this May President Nazarbayev told the ADB Annual Meeting that Kazakhstan would join the WTO until the end of 2014.
