Kazakhstan shines at Asian Games

ASTANA. February 6. KAZINFORM. On the last day of the 7th Asian Games, February 6, the last seven sets of medals were played.

2. Biathlon. 4х7,5 km men's relay
3. Skiing. 15 km ladies' mass start
4. Skiing. 30 km men's mass start
5. Ice hockey. Men's top division
6. Speed skating. Ladies' team pursuit
7. Speed skating. Men's team pursuit

Kazakhstan captured 4 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals on the last day of the Asian Games.
Following the results of the 7^th Winter Asian Games Kazakhstan sweeps 70 medals: 32 gold, 21 silver and 17 bronze medals. As earlier reported, Kazakhstan's national team set a new record of the Asian Games for the most gold medals breaking the record of Japan with 29 gold medals won at the 1^st Asian Games at Sapporo in 1986.

Japan claimed 54 medals (13 gold, 24 silver and 17 bronze medals).

The South Korean's collection numbers 38 medals (13 gold, 12 silver and 13 bronze medals).

China is the fourth in the medal standing with 35 medals (11 gold, 10 silver and 14 bronze medals).
