Kazakhstan proceeds to new social policy, President

UST KAMENOGORSK. January 28. KAZINFORM. /Lyudmila Malko/ "The country proceeds to the second year of realization of the Forced Industrialization Program focusing now on social modernization issues," the President of Kazakhstan told in his State-of-the-nation Address.

Those issues embrace education, healthcare, and development of languages. Until May 1 the President charged to elaborate employment, utilities modernization and qualitative drinking water programs. The new social policy is aimed, first of all, at raising the people's living standard.
