ASTANA. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan's oil exports dropped due to oil supplies to the Pavlodar refinery," Energy Minister Vladimir Shkolnik told the sitting of the Majilis ecology and natural resources management committee.

"11 mln tons of oil were processed for the past nine months that is 101% to the same period of the previous year. We exported 47,4 mln tons of oil and condensate for the past nine months that is 89% to the analogous period of 2013. The reason of decrease is that earlier the Russian Federation delivered its oil to the Pavlodar refinery and now we have to channel domestic oil to the domestic resources," he added. According to him, natural gas production for the past nine months reached 31,2 bln cu m that is 1,2% more against 2013, while gas exports hit 5,3 bln cu m.
