Kazakhstan has all conditions for holding free, competitive elections, US observers

ASTANA. April 4. KAZINFORM /Murat Zhakeyev/ "The victory of the incumbent President of Kazakhstan in the elections indicates Kazakhstan has all the necessary conditions in order to hold free, fair and transparent presidential elections," representative of the US international observers' delegation Richard Whites told in Astana today.

"It becomes clear and obvious Kazakhstan has all technical opportunities and necessary regulatory framework to have free, fair and competitive elections which may be observed also in the Western Europe or the USA," Mr Whites said.
